We're from the area and a tire blew on our headstart to Florida. This company arrived within 10-15 minutes from the initial phone call to AAA. Our repairman went out of his way to help us. We had 3 kids in the car and 3 adults. I cannot recommend this company enough. Our trip could have been ruined within 30 minutes of leaving our house if it weren't for these guys.

Highly recommend this place. 1st they charge 1/2 for towing as other tow company's for big rigs. They towed my truck from Owatonna to their shop in Albert Lea and had me back in the road the next day. To make it an even better experience, it was the owner that towed me. These guys were awesome!! I broke down on New Years Day, and they helped me and my dog get to a hotel (which they helped me get a discounted rate for), and picked us up in the morning. They finished my car first thing and were very reasonably priced. Breaking down on a holiday when most shops are closed could have been way worse then it was, and I really feel grateful for their kindness and good work. They towed my truck in Sunday and got me to a hotel. They were able to get parts and get  it fixed and back on the road Monday night. Best tow company EVER!!! After Budget was doing their thing...  The minute they were called Tommy was dispatched. Let me tell you... cannot find a more personable and passionate person around. (Even gave our pups a treat) It's great to see someone who not only loves his job! But will ho the extra mile with a smile 😃 Pick them if u have a choice!
