This company arrived within 10-15 minutes from the initial phone call to AAA. Our repairman went out of his way to help us. We had 3 kids in the car and 3 adults. I cannot recommend this company enough. Highly recommend this place. 1st they charge 1/2 for towing as other tow company's for big rigs. They towed my truck from Owatonna to their shop in Albert Lea and had me back in the road the next day. To make it an even better experience, it was the owner that towed me. I assumed he was just one of the employees but I was wrong. Pretty humble guy in my opinion. I broke down on New Years Day, and they helped me and my dog get to a hotel (which they helped me get a discounted rate for), and picked us up in the morning. They finished my car first thing and were very reasonably priced. Breaking down on a holiday when most shops are closed could have been way worse then it was, and I really feel grateful for their kindness and good work. They were pleasant to work with, also referring to my car as the chariot she is. They were able to get parts and get it fixed and back on the road Monday night. The whole situation went way better than I could have ever hoped for. After Budget was doing their thing... The minute they were called Tommy was dispatched. Let me tell you... cannot find a more personable and passionate person around.
